Design Review Process: Any change, addition or modification to a lot or building exterior of a residential property requires the prior written approval of the Architectural Committee. Without proper written approval you maybe required to remove materials which modified said lot. Residents with proposed changes must contact the property management company to submit request.
Requests will be approved, denied, or returned for additional information.
An accurate drawing must be provided using your lot dimensions showing the location of all changes.
