Center Pointe Vistoso is located in the upper North West corner of Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, Arizona. Comprised of four subdivisions, community parks including 6,000 sf pool and interactive splash park exclusively for Center Pointe residents, private clubhouse, trail system and shaded ramada.

The Center Pointe Vistoso community consists of 343 resident homes, separated in six gated sections (see overall map):

Each community section contains an array of house designs – single and two stories – with a unique trail system circulating among the six residential sections. The community covers 122 acres surrounded by the back nine of the former Rancho Vistoso Golf Course.

Olympic-size pool

The community provides a sizable recreational park area containing a gated Olympic-size pool and interactive splash park kid area with adjoining BBQ grill and a fire place seating area. The pool area also has an eight-person hot tub. There is also a spacious indoor kitchenette room that can be reserved for Association meetings and social events. Outside of the gated pool facility, exists a recreational park area with four covered Ramada’s, with one having a circular fire pit and the other three ramadas having a fixed picnic-type tables.

Center Pointe Vistoso Homes are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Painted Sky Elementary, Coronado K-8 Middle and Ironwood Ridge High Schools.

Driving Directions: From Tangerine and La Canada, go North on La Canada. Continue uphill until you see the monument entry sign for Center Pointe Vistoso. Continue to the stop sign at the intersection of La Canada and Pebble Creek. You will begin to see the community’s six gated sections and the community pool/park facility when turning left on Pebble Creek Drive. SEE MAP
