The Architectural Committee has adopted the Design Guidelines and standards to evaluate
proposed construction activities. The purpose of the Design Guidelines is to assist Owners in
gaining approval for structural and landscape improvements and repairs, and are necessary to
enhance Property values, desirability, and attractiveness of the Property located within the
Association. These Design Guidelines may be amended by the Architectural Committee and
re-issued from time to time.
