Committees are groups of volunteer residents, appointed by the Board of Directors, who discuss topics, research information, and recommend actions to the Board.

Architectural Review Form
The Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves plans (with the Board) for the construction of home improvements. Such improvements include, but are not limited to the following items: exterior light fixtures, exterior paint colors, structural changes, gate and fence.
