From the July 7 Board of Directors Meeting

Thanks to everyone who expressed interest in a Board appointment to fill Wes Avery’s seat, who relocated to Germany this spring.  Misty Colvin was selected to serve out the remainder of his term (2022).  Bon Voyage Wes and Welcome Misty.

Several landscape projects were approved to include dead tree removals in The Cove, tree replacements and transplants in the common areas around Center Pointe.

The first rock replenishment project is complete, covering the areas identified by the Committee as needing a top coating.  The areas re-rocked were originally done six years ago and should be good for at least four years. The Committee is assessing doing short term smaller touch ups for high visibility areas, washouts, or safety concerns and is keeping a list of potential areas and quantities.  The product applied is Minus, the same material that was spread in the common areas by the builder per their design for Center Pointe.  It is 100% granite, 70% of the rock is smaller than 3/4”, and the remainder is 3/4”.  Screened rock is the product in owners’ front yards.

The owner organized Neighborhood Watch group is still seeking a Captain. If interested please email [email protected].  OVPD requires a minimum household participation.

The Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Directors, and the May 2022 Board Meeting Minutes, have both posted on the Mission CPV Owner’s Web Portal and the Center Pointe Vistoso Website. Click the links above to review them.
