Management receives complaints of lights that are disturbing residents, so please be mindful of your outdoor illuminations.
Arizona Statute ARS 33-1803 (c)-(e) governs HOA owner complaint procedures. Remaining anonymous is seldom an option. Alleged neighbor violations must be submitted in writing to Mission Management, identify the offending homeowner and date of the offense. The offender has the right to know who is complaining and the offense. “HOA” violation notices can only be sent if Management observes the alleged offense
