Notes of Interest from January Board Meeting

Mission Management is transitioning from Alliance Association Bank to Axos Bank on March 1. Information is being mailed to
homeowners and Mission will work with those set up on direct debit with Alliance Bank and Paylease (current online payment provider) to convert to the new banking system for Center Pointe assessment payments.

A new doggy station will soon be added along the internal sidewalk trail between Summit North and Desert Crest II. Please remember to clean up after your pet.

The pool fob entry system installation is complete. Please contact Mission Management if you have not retrieved your fob as there is no longer key access to the pool. The Vehicle Gate at the pool is awaiting a Town inspection and getting closer to completion.

Thanks to all who signed up for Committees at the Annual Meeting:
Social, Communications, Neighborhood Watch/Pool Security, Landscape. The Board is seeking volunteers to join a new
“Common Area Holiday Decor Committee” to help coordinate decorations on HOA property to ensure displays are consistent with
the community aesthetics and representative of the diversity of our community. Please get in touch with Mission if you are interested.
