No Owner may lease less than his, her or its entire Lot.
No Lot may be leased for a period of less than six (6) consecutive months.
Each Owner who rents a Lot or his Dwelling Unit thereon is required to advise the Board within fifteen (15) days of the effective date of the lease therefor and must provide the Association the following information (including upon any renewal or lease extension): (a) name of tenant, (b) date and term of the lease, and (c) current address of the Owner.
Failure to provide the Association with such information is a violation of the Center Pointe Declaration.
