Trees planted by the builder will likely mature and lot vistas may be impacted. Owners may not perform, or fund, tree work in common areas, in the washes, or nature preserve. Landscape Committee reviews owner requests and refers trees over 10′ to an arborist who makes recommendations for trimming or removal based on tree health, safety, and community-wide aesthetics, usually on an annual basis.
